Dr. Allison Readinger
Dr. Allison Readinger, board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist, founded Trinity Vista Dermatology in 2010. With her goal of continued excellence in patient care, Dr. Readinger understands the value of attention to detail and personalized care in modern medicine.
Dr. Readinger was born and raised in Longview, Texas. She attended The University of Texas at Austin where she graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. She followed in the footsteps of her grandfather and great-grandfather to The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston where she graduated with high honors as a doctor of medicine. Dr. Readinger completed her dermatology residency at The University of Texas Medical Branch and served as chief resident. She continued her training with a fellowship in dermatopathology at The University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston. She is board certified in both dermatology and dermatopathology and continues to contribute to medical education at Baylor University Medical Center in the field of dermatopathology.
Dr. Readinger is an advocate for the field of dermatology and for dermatology patients as she has served on the board of the Texas Dermatological Society for several years. In 2018-2019, she will serve as President of the Texas Dermatological Society. Dr. Readinger has received the honor of being selected as a Top-Doc by Fort Worth Magazine and 360 West Magazine several years in a row and has been selected as a Texas Monthly Rising Star and Super Doctor.
Dr. Readinger enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Robert Readinger, and their two children. Taking care of patients keeps this family busy, but they enjoy the outdoors and the great variety of cultural events in Fort Worth at every opportunity.
Dr. Catherine Harrell
Dr. Catherine Harrell is a board-certified dermatologist with extensive training in medical dermatology, cutaneous oncology, dermatologic surgery, and cosmetic dermatology.
She is a fifth-generation Texan with deep roots in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She graduated from high school at Trinity Christian Academy in Addison and received her BA from Baylor University in the prestigious University Scholars Program where she was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society and became a member of Mensa. Dr. Harrell then completed medical school at the University of Texas at Houston and was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, which recognizes the top medical school graduates. After an internship in internal medicine at the University of Texas at Houston, she went on to complete her dermatology training at the University of Texas at Houston and MD Anderson Cancer Center, where she served as chief resident in her final year. She was previously in private practice in Houston before moving to Fort Worth.
She has and continues to publish articles in peer-reviewed journals and regularly teaches and lectures to medical students and residents. She is Assistant Professor at the TCU and UNTHSC School of Medicine and responsible for developing the first-year medical student dermatology curriculum. She is a member of several professional societies including the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Texas Medical Association, and Tarrant County Medical Society. She also serves on the board of the Texas Dermatological Society and the Advisory Board of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Harrell truly enjoys educating people about their skin, individualizing treatment plans, and developing long-lasting relationships with her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, running half-marathons, hiking, and traveling. She and her husband are active members of Travis Avenue Baptist Church and have a son named Samuel.
Jayme Chapados, PA-C
Trinity Vista Dermatology proudly welcomes Jayme Chapados, PA-C, a nationally certified physician assistant, trained in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in 2017 and is a proud a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Jayme grew up in Washington state and is now proud to call Texas home. Prior to PA school, she attended the University of Arizona and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting in 2010. As a college athlete, she threw javelin on the Track and Field team and was a member of multiple campus organizations.
Although she started her working career in accounting, she quickly discovered a passion for medicine. Jayme values patient-centered care and creating relationships with those she treats. She is excited to be a part of a team that shows compassion towards patients and their dermatological needs.
Jayme has fallen in love with everything Fort Worth has to offer. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, running the Trinity Trails, two-stepping, or supporting local sports teams.
Kimberly Lopez, licensed aesthetician and certified cosmetic injector, has over 18 years of experience in her field and specializes in non-surgical treatments to restore and enhance patients’ natural beauty. Her passion is guiding patients in achieving healthy skin and helping them feel more confident about their appearance.
Kimberly is a proud resident of Fort Worth, along with her husband and daughter. She obtained her aesthetic certification from the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and has worked in medical aesthetics since 2000. Starting out as a makeup artist, she has an eye for the artistry of beauty, creating predictable outcomes that are sure to please. Kimberly works closely with and under the supervision of two board-certified dermatologists to give each patient a customized, comprehensive approach in accomplishing the goals set for each individual patient. Dedicated to her field, she has received advanced training with a focus in medical aesthetics and cosmetic injections. She has a deep understanding of the anatomy, structure, and function of the areas that are treated. She holds a certification in laser treatment so that she may offer treatment on the wide array of devices available at Trinity Vista Dermatology.
Under the leadership of our two board-certified dermatologists at Trinity Vista Dermatology, Kimberly feels that her passion for the skin and her exceptional level of skill and professionalism are currently and will continue be utilized to the fullest potential.
Veronica Urena, licensed aesthetician, began her career in skincare in 2015. She was inspired to go into skincare and aesthetics after dealing with skin issues of her own. She enjoyed a career as a makeup artist prior to becoming a licensed aesthetician. While helping people to look and feel their best is a passion, her philosophy is that true confidence and beauty come from within.
Veronica has acquired much of her experience at Trinity Vista Dermatology and has been trained on achieving results with several of our medical grade product lines. Under supervision of our board-certified dermatologists, she is trained to perform chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and microneedling. She performs clinical facials, focusing on any problem areas for the patient, including extractions or advice on skin care products. She is also trained in and performs microblading to enhance the appearance of the eyebrows.
A native of Fort Worth, Veronica enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as playing guitar and volunteering with her church.
